Creation of Content that may go viral – How to Make Impossible Possible

Creation of Content that may go viral – How to Make Impossible Possible

So you believe that only videos can go viral because they are interactive and people love watching over reading. It is quite true that it takes lot of doing on the part of the author to make a content go viral.

Unless you manage to tug on the audience heartstrings, your content will be struggling to get its share of visibility. Yes, it is tough but not impossible. Here we are going to give you some tips that you may try to make your next blog post go viral:

Do not Play It safe: Since you are targeting something really big, you should not playing it safely. I mean while writing the next blog post, you should not choose topic that has already been covered someone else. You need to brainstorm some ideas that can spark interest among people in general. In order to evoke emotions like anger, awe, curiosity, you need to come up with posts that are highly original and can extremely interesting.

Set an Alarm: I hate to be a fear monger but it is common human psychology to read things that incite fear or narrates stories that have some elements of terrors. Since you are a writer, you need to leverage the power of fear by coming up posts that look like an Apocalyptic story. You can write some like – “5 Dare consequences if you fail to pay off your debt” or “The uncertain financial condition and where you stand”. People can easily relate themselves with these kind of topics. However, just evoking  fear is not enough, to make it viral you need to show a way how the fear can be overcome.

Be Passionate: Use of right words at the right place at the right time can make your write-up universally acceptable. But to make it go viral, you need to be acquainted with the peculiarities of human nature. Use your creative tidbits to tease passion of the people and this can be done by coming up with how to post. You can tell people how they can get a Macbook without splurging money on it or you can tell them how they can make their android phone perform better with your “5 cool tips”. If the tips are great, it will go viral for sure.

Mystique: Rather than saying the obvious thing, you can curry favor with the targeted audience by coming up with something mysterious. Hold back the details until the end, create an atmosphere of mystery, spark curiosity and limit access to information and your article is just on the right track to go viral. The best part of writing mystery is that it is about telling stories in a hush-hush way rather than narrating the raw details.

Do A Rebellion: Deviate from the tradition. If you are following the trodden path, you are not going to make your write-up a grand success. Sometimes, it can happen that you are unable to produce something great. Now, rather than taking a retreat from the writing profession and waiting for the moment of illumination, you can face the problem headlong. Defy the writer block and you are sure to have something awesome in your plate to serve your targeted audience.

Add Trust Factor: Do not write something that people just cannot take it on the face value. Though creative freedom is granted for writers, you should stretch the limit of imagination to the point of being appeared ridiculous. Your write-up should spark imagination but it needs to show some semblance of reality otherwise people would not be able to relate themselves with it. Harry Potter Series have nothing to do with reality but the stories are so neatly written that the fine gap between reality and imagination evaporated in thin air.

So, you have learnt the main ingredients of making your blog post a huge hit and now comes the next important step – how to understand your audience:

Take a deeper look at the database of information available and then try to figure out what types of content are getting maximum number of Likes, retweets, comments etc. Check for their geographical location, gender, age etc to get a deeper insight. Spend some time with your customer service department and learn what makes a customer happy and what irritates them most. Figure out the elements and never ever use them in your write-up.

Try facebook insight and other analytics to get more details about the behavior of the visitors in general.

I think something rebellious needs to come out to make something viral. What I am seeing at the moment is that many bloggers are saying the same thing again and again, hardly viral creating content. Something that is unique and not been done before will make it viral.

Being a rebellion is the key for me. We never should try to follow what others are doing as only when the readers get something unique and new, things go viral. These are great tips, Alan. Thanks for the share.

Being passionate about writing something can open up new gates and one can think creatively and implement their creativeness on writing something which is worth it.
And a rebellion can do that better every time he comes through the situation of getting bursted while writing.
